In Spidersilk the novel, you may have noticed that the intruders have disabilities. These intruders have a lot of tech that helps them to function in the every day world. In our own world, these forms of tech are far and in between, but we’re developing new tech faster than ever. In fact, the future may come down to apps when it comes to disabilities. Now, those who suffer from blindness can even use a phone to carry on daily business.

Wormholes are an exciting aspect of the Spidersilk novel. In our world, wormholes are still a bit of a mystery. It is this mystery that inspires so many people to add it to their artwork. For instance, more recently the artist, Rita McBride, has recreated wormholes using lasers. This artwork is incredible to see, but also poses a bit of danger to viewers.
