Spider silk is rapidly becoming more and more important in
our society. In the future, it may help us combat physical ailments, improve
defense and even make beautiful clothes. Another big development in the spider
silk world is its potential use to create more environmentally friendly
architecture. One artist is working to produce the silk into his current
artwork, but would love to use this concept for architecture in the new future.
